Cub Scout Pack 39 · Evergreen, Colorado

Adventure starts in your own backyard.

We're a family pack for kids in kindergarten through 5th grade — building character, confidence, and a love for the outdoors one Tuesday night at a time.

Tuesdays · 6:00–7:00 PM Aspen Ridge Church, Evergreen, CO Boys & Girls · Grades K–5

Who We Are

A neighborhood pack for Evergreen families.

Pack 39 has been part of the Evergreen community for decades. Every week scouts gather to learn outdoor skills, work on rank advancements, earn adventure pins, and just spend time together as a pack.

We hike, camp, race pinewood derby cars, run service projects for the community, and explore the mountains we're lucky to call home. Parents are part of every meeting — Cub Scouts is a family program, not a drop-off.

Pack 39 is open to all kids in kindergarten through 5th grade, regardless of which school they attend. Drop in on a meeting any Tuesday to see what we're about.

Dens

Six dens, one pack.

Scouts are grouped by grade into "dens." Each den has its own program and pace, but the whole pack meets together most weeks for opening ceremony, games, and big events.

  • Lion

    Kindergarten

First step into scouting. Lions and their adult partners discover scouting together through games and short, hands-on adventures.

  • Tiger

    1st Grade

Tigers begin earning adventure loops with an adult partner — exploring the outdoors, the community, and their own curiosity.

  • Wolf

    2nd Grade

Wolves work toward the Wolf rank with more independent activities: outdoor skills, fitness, and helping others.

  • Bear

    3rd Grade

Bears tackle bigger adventures — knife safety, fishing, hiking — building real outdoor skill and confidence.

  • Webelos

    4th Grade

Webelos ("We'll Be Loyal Scouts") begin the transition toward Scouts BSA with more advanced outdoor and STEM adventures.

  • Arrow of Light

    5th Grade

The highest rank in Cub Scouting and a bridge to Scouts BSA. Arrow of Light scouts plan trips, lead younger dens, and earn the rank that follows them for life.
