1. Check in. Write each scout on the roster and tick the box once the boat passes the size check: 3⅜ in. wide at most, 6½ to 7 in. long, mast 6 to 7 in. tall.
2. Round 1. Go down the roster in pairs: 1 v 2, 3 v 4, 5 v 6. Round 2. Shift down one: 2 v 3, 4 v 5, 6 v 7. Last heat. The first and last scouts on the roster race each other. Every scout races twice.
3. Den final. The two scouts with the most wins race once. Use a race-off if scouts are tied for a spot.

1. Finalists. Write in the winner from each den sheet. If a den has no racer, cross out that den's races below.
2. Round robin. Run the races in order. Every boat races every other boat once, and lanes are already balanced. Tick the winner of each race, then add a tally mark next to that den.
3. Places. Most wins is first. Tied on wins: the scout who won the race between the two places higher. Still tied: one race-off.
